Event Policies

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your event. The remaining balance of your quote is due no later than 48 hours before the event.  We do not allow cancellations within 48 hours of your planned event, If cancelled your deposit is non-refundable.

Picnic Cancellation Policy 

No cancellations within 48 hours of the picnic time. Cancellations made within 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee of 50% of the picnic cost. We can reschedule your picnic date within a 6 month time frame.

Weather Policy

We reserve the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. We will notify you of the cancellation via text or email, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day up to 6 months out. If a reschedule cannot be accommodated, a refund will be issued. If you don't want to reschedule, we are happy to switch up the location to your backyard or living room.

Food Policy 

Our picnics do not include food.  For an additional cost we offer a selection of snacks, food, and desserts from Publix deli with an added pick up/delivery fee in addition to their prices ( prices reflect the total cost for food).  If you are looking to bring your own take out meal, we recommend contacting a local restaurant for take out at least 1 hour before your picnic. We do not pick up food from restaurants. If you plan to bring your own food please note that we do not handle any food items other than what we provide.
