We will send exact destination details via text one hour prior to your reservation time. Due to the nature of our business, no early or late arrivals, please. We will return two hours after your start time to pack up. 

We typically require a minimum of one week notice. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings. Any last minute bookings exceeding 10 people may require a rush planning fee. 

Your package fee is for a 2 hour booking, however you can book additional time at the rate of $30/half hour or $50/hour, pending availability.

You are responsible for our equipment for the duration of your reservation; if you have an emergency, and have to leave early, please call or text 30 minutes prior to departure.

Yes, we can set your picnic anywhere within Pinellas County;in your backyard or inside your home!  Please note that any destination outside a 5-mile radius from Redington Shores will incur a minimum $75 travel fee plus $1 per mile. Certain locations that do not have easy access may require an additional fee.

Yes, you are most welcome to bring your own food. For an additional cost you can add on tables to accommodate items you would like to bring. Please note that we do not handle, heat, or cool any food items that you supply.

We know life sometimes gets away from us, so we will hold your booking for 20 mins from the start time. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to hold this any longer. We cannot leave equipment unattended and unfortunately would have to consider this a no show. If you are running late please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

It’s not always sunny in Florida so if the weather does not permit a picnic, you can reschedule at no additional cost. You also have the option to move the picnic indoors, if possible. If food is ordered, 48 hour notice is required to reschedule.
